Fertile volcanic soils at an altitude of up to 1,800 metres enable us to grow coffee that is as unique as the black rhino that lives in the Ngorongoro Crater. That is why the crater's heraldic animal adorns our logo and we have named our coffee after it. It is our highest mission to protect nature and create a welcoming work environment for all our employees - that is why we are Rainforest Alliance Certified.

The farm area on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater covers an area of 600 hectares and is as diverse as the nature that surrounds it. An unforgettable experience in a unique landscape: vast fields of lined-up coffee trees, protected from too much sun by umbrella acacias and jacaranda trees, border directly on the NgoroNgoro National Park.
